Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days, we are no longer able to process return or refund requests.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Customized or bespoke items (such as shirts with custom text/designs) cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns for reasons of preference if the product matches your order.
If there’s a mistake on our part (wrong size, color, design, or damaged in transit), we will send a replacement free of charge.
Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail. We do not accept returns in person.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Orders valued $40 or more: We cover the return shipping cost.
Orders below $40: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Return shipping is non-refundable in all other cases.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item (if eligible).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A 20% transaction/restocking fee may apply in some cases.
Exchanges
We will issue a free replacement if:
Your product was damaged during shipping.
You received the wrong size, color, or design.
The print quality is not acceptable.
The error was on our part.
Please email us photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery, along with your order number.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company and bank — it may take several days for the refund to appear.
