What is Shirtwint and how does it work?

Shirtwint is a print‑on‑demand (POD) brand: you place your order online, we produce each item after you order, then ship it directly to your door.

Do you have customer reviews?

Do you support custom designs or logos?

Yes. You can upload your own artwork or logo, and our POD partners print it on the blank you choose (t‑shirt or sweatshirt).

Do you check copyright or trademarks on designs?

We review designs and may refuse artwork that appears to infringe trademarks, logos or copyrighted characters. You are responsible for having the rights to use your design.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed via trusted providers (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.) over encrypted SSL connections, and we never store full card details.

How long have you been in business?

We’ve been selling custom apparel online since 2022 and have fulfilled thousands of orders for customers in the US and EU

Do you have social media?

Yes. You can follow us on Pinterest/ Facebook / X at @shirtwint for new drops, reviews and behind‑the‑scenes.

What material are your shirts?

For unisex t‑shirts, you can choose between Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton or Comfort Colors.

Gildan 5000: mid‑weight 100% preshrunk cotton for most solid colors (some heathers are cotton/poly blends).​

Comfort Colors: 100% ringspun, garment‑dyed cotton with a soft, vintage feel

What material are your sweatshirts?

Sweatshirts use Gildan 18000, a mid‑weight fleece made from 50% cotton / 50% polyester for warmth, softness and durability.

How durable is the print?

We use direct‑to‑garment (DTG) or similar professional methods designed to last 50+ washes when you follow the care instructions.

Why might colors look slightly different from my screen?

Colors can vary slightly due to monitor settings and the garment’s fabric, but we aim for high color accuracy. If the print is noticeably off, contact us with photos.

Do you offer size guides?

Yes. Each product has a detailed size chart so you can compare measurements before you order.

Can you handle complex or full‑color designs?

Yes. We support full‑color prints and accept high‑quality files like PNG, AI or PDF for best results.

How do I place an order?

Choose your tee→ “Add To Cart” → Complete checkout. Ships within 3-7 business days.

When will I receive my items?

– Handling time: 1–2 business days
– Transit time: 5–7 business days
– Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days from the order date. Most orders arrive in 6–9 days, but slight delays may occur during holidays or peak periods.

Click tracking link in shipping confirmation email or enter order # at /track-packages.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost: $5.69 USD flat rate

UK, EU, Australia: $6.69 USD

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery date for unused items in original packaging. $20 USD restocking fee applies. Email cs@shirtwint.com.

Damaged or defective items?

Free replacement within 30 days for manufacturing defects. No return shipping cost. Email order # + photos.

Wrong item/size received?

Free replacement + return shipping if our error. Email cs@shirtwint.com with order #.

Returned to sender?

Free reshipment at no additional cost.

Damaged after washing?

Follow washing instructions on packing slip. Manufacturing defects only covered.

Exchange policy?

$20 USD restocking fee applies. Contact cs@shirtwint.com within 30 days.
