– We will replace the items you ordered if it has a design error or stains; you do not need to send the damaged item back.
– Complaints about orders are only resolved 7 days after receiving the goods. After 7 days we will no longer deal with complaints
– We do not offer refunds if the goods you received is exactly what you anticipated.
– Bespoke orders cannot be returned, and after three hours have gone after the purchase, there are no refunds available.

Who will bear the return shipping costs?

Return Cost Coverage:

1. Order Value of $40 or more: If your order value was $40 or more, Shirtwint will cover the return costs.
2. Contact Customer Service: Before initiating a return, please always contact our service team. We aim to find a solution that avoids unnecessary back-and-forth shipping, considering your time and the environment.

What happens to returns?

1. Legal Regulations: Certain items, including those with personal designs or company logos, cannot be donated due to legal regulations.
2. Recycling Company: These articles are handed over to a recycling company.

Legal Notice

1. Our satisfaction guarantee exists in addition to your legal rights, including the right of withdrawal and warranty claims.
2. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days if your item qualifies (see conditions in Return Policy).
3. The refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment used for the order.
4. Reversing the payment is the fastest and most secure way to refund, and it will be sent back in the same way it was received.
5. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 20% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you encounter any of the following problems when you open your package, please take a picture and email us directly with your order number. We will verify the issue and provide a replacement product:

1. Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty, or any other damage caused during shipping.
2. Incorrect order: if the item, size, color, or style does not match what you ordered.
3. Print quality issues: if the printed image is not clear or not centered on the shirt.
4. Mistakes caused by us: any other errors or mistakes on our part.
