When you order from Shirtwint Store you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order’s shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We process orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days of ordering and then shipped. Please note that we are off on the weekend which may cause the delay. In situations where products are in high demand, processing time can take longer than 3 working days.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

Please allow between 20 and 30 days for delivery to our international customers. However, customs processing and local postal services may cause slight delays.

Risk-Free shipping
If for whatever reason your goods don’t arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you! If there’s a missing order, please let us know via email support: cs@shirtwint.com. We’ll investigate (it usually took 3-5 business days) and send you another one after we got a conclusion.
Cut-Off Time
All the order place before 6 P.M will be process in day, the order place after 6 P.M will be process in next day.
All the order place in Saturday and Sunday will be process in the next Monday.
