Thank you for shopping at Shirtwint Store! Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow its journey. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 6:00 PM (ET) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Processing time typically takes 1–2 business days. During peak periods or high demand, it may take up to 3 days.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

SHIPPING METHOD

We primarily ship with USPS and UPS. During peak seasons, we may also use FedEx or DHL to ensure timely delivery.

Standard Shipping (United States)

– Handling time: 1–2 business days
– Transit time: 5–7 business days
– Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days from the order date. Most orders arrive in 6–9 days, but slight delays may occur during holidays or peak periods.
– Shipping cost: $5.69 USD flat rate
– Tracking number provided within 1–3 business days after processing

International Shipping

We ship internationally to the UK, EU, Australia, and select regions.

– Handling time: 3–5 business days
– Transit time: 12–20 business days
– Shipping cost: $8.69 USD for the first item

Delivery Guarantee

If your order doesn’t arrive within 60 calendar days from the shipment date, we will issue a full refund or reship it for free. Contact us at **@*******nt.com to begin the process.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM ET will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day (typically Monday).

Customs and Taxes

All prices are listed tax-free in USD. International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes based on local regulations.

Returns / Cancellations
